Basic disability insurance

You do everything for your athletes. You want to get the maximum out of them. Create training plans, demonstrate fitness exercises and motivate customers. These unique skills need to be protected.

Normally, occupational disability insurance is responsible for this protection. In some professions, especially those in the fitness and trainer industry, taking out disability insurance is often difficult and involves enormous costs. The basic disability insurance offers the perfect alternative – completely independent of your profession!

Insure your abilities, not your profession!

The thought that in the future you may no longer be able to walk, talk or stand properly is disconcerting at first. Unfortunately, unlearning skills that currently seem so natural is possible. Fortunately, you can protect yourself against this and thus compensate for the financial losses due to the lost abilities.

If you are no longer able to use one of the covered skills to a certain extent for a period of at least 6 months, the insurance will already pay. It is completely irrelevant whether this is due to illness, injury or loss of strength.

The most understandable way to illustrate the benefit is to use an example from the benefits catalog for basic ability:

"A loss of the basic ability to walk exists if the insured person, despite the use of suitable aids, can no longer walk 

• can no longer independently walk 400 meters
• without pausing for a total of one minute
• over firm and level ground without a pause of one minute. 

Suitable aids include, for example, prostheses or walking sticks. Suitable aids do not include rollators and walking frames."
